Q. What metal is the jewelry pieces made from?

A. Silver Plated Copper Wire: Comes from Parawire and these wires have the same pure copper base, which is then plated with a layer of fine silver. Over top of the silver, a tinted, flexible, baked-on coating is applied to both give the wire its color (the coating is clear in the case of the silver color) and to keep it from tarnishing. This wire is also lead and nickel free!

Q. How durable is the wire's coating?

A. ParaWire has the most durable coating on the market and will withstand plenty of general wear and manipulation. Please keep in mind that extended periods of direct sunlight and/or water/humidity exposure may weaken the coating and/or cause it to become faded/discolored. Be gentle and kind to your piece and it will stay beautiful for many years to come! Keep it in a box or bag when not in use.

Q. How do you ship? 

A. I use USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail

 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Your item will ship out within 2 days of your purchase date. If you chose first class shipping, your item could take up to 10 days after the ship date. Priority mail can take 2-3 days after the ship date. 

 

Q. What if my item is to big or to small?

A. If you know ahead of time that you may need small or bigger, please contact me at theenchantedjewelryshop@yahoo.com and let me know, I can adjust accordingly. If you weren't sure and you received them, email me and I will send you a video on how to adjust them yourself! IF you purchase a necklace, Please besure to contact me if you need a larger size. I try to offer a few different sizes, but just incase, you can contact me!

Q. Can I return or Exchange an Item?

A. I gladly accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations!

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Returns and exchange details
If you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason please enclose your invoice and merchandise in the original packaging. All returned items must be sent within three days of receiving. Please contact me via email to let me know of problem or exchange. I will gladly work with anyone to fix any problem and to make transactions pleasant and easy.
*Additional Information on Returns:
If ear cuffs appear as though they were worn and not in the original shape they were sent in, there will only be a partial refund given.
Q. How do I care for my items?
A. If you purchased crowns, circlets, earcuffs, or jewelry.....Keep stored in bag or box provided. You can also clean up with a jewelry cloth.
 
If you purchased Clothing.....Following instructions on the Gildan tag or goto their website and check it out!
Q. How is the sizing on Clothing? 
A. I purchase my shirts from Gildan, they very good at being true to size and great quality. You can check their sizing on their website if you want to be sure!
